On May 13, 2025, the "Association Enterprise Tour · Boosting Stainless Steel" column of the Xiangshui County Stainless Steel Industry Association visited Jiangsu Zhongxing Nickel Alloy Materials Co., Ltd., exploring this young and dynamic high-tech enterprise. As a standout company in the Xiangshui Stainless Steel Industrial Park, Zhongxing Nickel Alloy has emerged as a leader in the domestic nickel-based alloy capillary tube sector, thanks to its exquisite craftsmanship, innovative technology, and ambitious vision.

 Precision Manufacturing Driven by Technology  

Stepping into the production workshop of Zhongxing Nickel Alloy, one is greeted by a series of advanced manufacturing equipment: vacuum annealing furnaces, continuous annealing furnaces, high-precision rolling mills, straightening and tube-cutting machines, and coiling machines—all boasting an exceptionally high level of automation. Every step of the process, from polishing raw material tube blanks and high-precision cold rolling to cold drawing, heat treatment, electrolysis, cleaning, drying, and final product inspection, strictly adheres to international standards. Skilled technicians operate with professionalism and efficiency.

"Our capillary tubes can achieve an outer diameter as small as 0.2 millimeters, with a wall thickness of just 0.02 millimeters—thinner than a human hair," General Manager Wang Zhong proudly explained. These precision tubes are widely used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, military industry, chemical and nuclear power, medical electronics, and semiconductors, serving as the "lifeblood" of high-end equipment manufacturing.

The Journey from Shanghai to Xiangshui 

Jiangsu Zhongxing Nickel Alloy Material Co., Ltd. was established in July 2021 with investment from Shanghai Nieyang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in nickel-based alloys, high-temperature alloys, and Hastelloy, the company has quickly made its mark in the industry.  

This past March, the company expanded its operations within the industrial park by adding a new 5,000-square-meter standardized workshop dedicated to finished product shipments. Inside, technicians conduct final inspections on an array of precision tubes—seamless pipes, capillary tubes, and coiled tubes—each varying in shape and specification. Packaged with care, these high-precision products stand ready for shipment to global customers.

Zhongxing Nickel Alloy has always held onto the ambitious vision of "becoming a leading national brand." In December 2023, the company earned the title of "High-Tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province" and made a remarkable debut at the Shanghai International Tube & Pipe Expo, attracting thousands of domestic and international clients. This solidified its reputation as an influential brand in high-end precision capillary tubes.  

By May 2024, the company was further recognized as a "Specialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative SME of Jiangsu Province," underscoring its commitment to technological excellence and industry leadership.

During our conversation with General Manager Wang Zhong, we were deeply impressed by the young entrepreneur's passion for technology and his unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. At just 36 years old, Wang Zhong not only steers the company but also embodies the drive of a visionary founder.  

Across two factory buildings spanning 10,000 square meters, the production area is meticulously organized, with a clean environment and clear signage. Workers demonstrate precision craftsmanship, creating a thriving atmosphere of productivity and innovation.

"The path of enterprise development is long and challenging, but with dreams, we can go further,"** Wang Zhong remarked thoughtfully. He particularly highlighted the collaboration with Professor Yu Hao from the University of Science and Technology Beijing: "When we encountered technical difficulties, Professor Yu and Dr. Zhong Mingjun made a special trip from Beijing to Xiangshui. They provided detailed optimization solutions, from raw material testing to post-production heat treatment. Such selfless support has been incredibly heartwarming for us."

Wang Zhong also shared the company's vision: "Our mission is to become a leading supplier in the industry and build a world-class national brand. At the same time, I hope that through advanced manufacturing, every employee can achieve both material and spiritual fulfillment." His words reflected not only ambition for the company but also a deep commitment to the growth and well-being of his team.
